History
Established in 2021, Scrumpy Orchard is a family run farm where we grow delicious Gala Apples, Cosmic Crisp Apples, and various grape varieties. Our venue provides a unique and unforgettable experience for your special day.
Destination
Nestled on a 10-acre apple orchard, our farm boasts both indoor and outdoor event locations, offering a unique and customized experience for each client. Whether you're seeking an intimate barn wedding or a larger outdoor celebration, we have you covered. Our 2200 sq ft Barn can accommodate up to 100 guests, while our spacious outdoor location can host up to 200. Take a break from the festivities in our cozy courtyard with a firepit, perfect for staying warm or roasting marshmallows. We believe in fairness, equality, and opportunity for all, and we take great pride in our community and the natural beauty of the Yakima Valley. Come celebrate your special event surrounded by our blessings and the picturesque scenery of our rustic farm venue. If you have any special requests, please don't hesitate to ask.
Community
Our education and outreach program is designed to provide children and adults with a hands-on learning experience on a working Gala apple orchard. The program's primary goal is to educate people about the art and science of orcharding, from the initial planting and nurturing of the trees to the harvesting and marketing of the fruit and byproducts like Cider, Baked goods, Soap and candles.

- 4 - acres of groomed grass areas with stunning backdrops perfect for an outdoor dance floor, corn hole and other yard games.
- Walk through 5 - acres of photogenic gala apple orchard.
- Enjoy a bon fire in the courtyard at dusk.
- Staff members onsite during the event for assistance with facility.
- Pre - event venue planning including event schedule & venue set up options.
